Terms of Service

ProofModel AI

Effective date: September 27, 2026

These Terms apply to the ProofModel AI service.

1. Service

ProofModel AI provides provenance-oriented analysis using validated reference criteria. Conclusions are reported only when the available evidence supports them.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must have legal capacity under applicable law to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

3. Plans and billing

Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions unless otherwise stated at checkout. Current pricing, included usage, and applicable plan limits are displayed before purchase.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription to prevent future renewal. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated by the payment provider, cancellation does not remove access already paid for during the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, circumvent usage limits or security controls, use the service unlawfully, or submit content you do not have the right to process.

6. Submitted content

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant ProofModel AI only the limited right necessary to process submitted content for the purpose of providing the requested analysis.

7. Intellectual property

ProofModel AI software, source code, branding, documentation, interface design, and other original service materials remain the property of their respective owner. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to users.

8. Analytical results

ProofModel AI provides evidence-based provenance analysis using validated reference criteria. Results reflect the evidence available at the time of analysis. When the evidence does not meet the required confidence criteria, ProofModel reports an inconclusive result rather than an unsupported identification.

9. Service availability

We work to keep ProofModel AI available, secure, and reliable, but uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service is not guaranteed.

10. Payments

Payments may be processed by an independent payment provider and its payment partners, which may handle payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, refunds, and payment-related customer service according to their terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ProofModel AI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Changes

These Terms may be updated when the service, providers, business practices, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.

13. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the ProofModel AI Contact page.
