Privacy Policy
ProofModel AI
Effective date: September 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the ProofModel AI service.
1. Information we collect
We may collect information necessary to create and manage an account, including an email address. Passwords are stored using password hashing and are not stored as plain-text passwords.
We also maintain limited subscription, billing-status, usage-limit, and operational information required to provide the service.
2. Analysis content
Content submitted for analysis is processed only to generate the requested result. Under the currently audited ProofModel processing workflow, submitted analysis content is handled through the local ProofModel analysis service, temporary analysis files are deleted after processing, and submitted analysis content and detailed analysis results are not retained in the analysis metadata database.
Limited operational metadata may be retained, including a request identifier, timestamp, engine version, reference-set version, and account usage counters.
3. Contact and support information
If you contact ProofModel AI, information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, message, and submission time, may be retained for the purpose of responding to your request.
4. Payments
Payment information may be processed by an independent payment provider and its payment partners. ProofModel AI does not require storage of full payment-card details on its application server.
5. How information is used
Information is used as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, manage subscriptions and usage limits, process requested analyses, respond to support requests, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
6. Service providers and data sharing
ProofModel AI may use hosting, infrastructure, payment, domain, and other service providers necessary to operate the service. Information may be shared with such providers only where reasonably necessary for the services they provide or where required by law.
7. Data retention
Account, subscription, billing-status, security, contact, and operational metadata may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, security, record keeping, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
Submitted analysis content and detailed analysis results are not retained after processing as part of the audited ProofModel analysis workflow.
8. Security
ProofModel AI uses technical and operational safeguards designed to protect service data, including HTTPS, restricted server access, protected secrets, access controls, and private internal processing services. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and privacy contact
Where applicable, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements. Please use the ProofModel AI Contact page for privacy-related requests.
10. Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the service, providers, legal requirements, or data-processing practices change. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
